Last week I was having my bank training at ITTC Bangi, there, u are served 4 meals a day. Breakfast, brunch, lunch and tea time. How to not gain weight? But the problem with gaining this weight is tat its fat, not muscles. Hence I now haf to work extra hard in my gym training to rid my body of tis 'fat'. But tat's not hard as Im highly motivated in bulking up and chasing tat elusive 6-pack. What's hard is: just tis week, my bank has shifted training to Equatorial Hotel Bangi where the its a 5-star Hotel Buffet for the next 5 days... Swt... How to lose weight like tis? I can take consolation tat you only have 1 hour to eat, whereas a normal buffet, u will have hours to indulge. Hopefully tis 1 hour lunch break thingy will stave off the fats off my body...
Also only today I checked my salary and have begun to give it back to my mum in lieu of the Civic...
